Delilah knows the meaning of "work hard, play hard!"

Though she is a local participant, she had to do her Fit Photage TWT program on more of a remote status due to her hectic work and family schedule.

Delilah was in the gym at 5:30am to do the work -- day after day, week after week -- for 6 months. She loves lifting heavy weights -- loves the feeling of strength and power.

She is self motivated and somehow found time to do the TWT workouts, run a business and a busy household, cheer on her kids at all their games, support her husband's work and coaching schedule plus enjoy traveling with her friends and family, making memories and enjoying life.

When it came time to plan her photo shoot, Delilah suggested we use her home in Florida to turn the photoshoot into a Destination location.

Sanibel Island did not disappoint!!

I had a blast getting to know Delilah (and Mandi - another TWT participant) on our super fun, salty water, Florida photo shoot.

Delilah is not only a Bodacious Beach Babe but also a Badass who has an insane work-hard ethic well balanced with a very fun play-hard reality.

Well done, Delilah!!  I'm so glad you took the plunge (literally) from taking classes to doing a hard-core training program!
