The IGNITE Program is completely laid out so you know EXACTLY what to do.
If you decide to continue beyond 12 weeks, the program can be extended (at a discount!) and upwardly revised to further create a challenge to the body.

Fit Photage™ IGNITE Program
During the IGNITE Program, you'll learn how to coordinate your exercise, nutrition and cardiovascular activities together so that not one element of your health and fitness regimen is counter-intuitive to the other.
In other words, you'll physiologically IGNITE your body into a metabolically, calorie-burning machine!
By creating a balance of increased metabolism and proper nutrition, you'll maintain your lean muscle mass and decrease body-fat -- at the same time.
As a result, you'll feel an increase in your energy level. Plus, your body will actually burn more calories while at rest.
This program gives your body the exact ratio of activity and nutrition to IGNITE its inner fire.
Details and Materials
The Fit Photage™ IGNITE program includes several value added services and materials, including:
Specific Program Packet:
- Every 3-4 weeks you'll be provided with a specific program packet. Included in each packet will be a series of specific exercise and nutrition plans for each day of each week. Your exercise focus and nutrition menu plans will change every 3-4 weeks.
Weekly Exercise Regimen:
- You will receive sheets with your exercise and nutrition details for the days you are working out on your own.
Nutrition Plan:
- You will be provided with a binder filled with "clean eating" breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner options. Each meal includes a protein, carbohydrate and fat source, making the meals complete in their macro nutrients.
Daily Journal:
- My signature tracking journal will allow you to track your daily activities including all meals, snacks, exercise, schedules, measurements, recovery, etc.
Body Metrics & Weekly Weigh-in:
- Multi-point tape measurements, calipers and scale weight are used to gauge and evaluate body-composition (lean tissue vs. body-fat). Upon assessment, minor adjustments can be made to your personalized exercise and nutrition plans.
Progress Photos:
- Every 3-4 weeks progress photos will be taken. This helps in tracking progress.
