She wondered...  What could she actually accomplish in 6 months???

Here's what she had to say - in her own words ...

"In May 2025 I invested in the "Train with the Trainer Program" nutrition and fitness program led by Michele Sodon.

Over the course of the six month program, I experienced substantial progress, including gaining muscle by boosting my metabolism, and tripling my perceived weight lifting capacity. Which also led to increased confidence in the weight room.

Furthermore, the program simplified daily life through the practical, adaptive meal plans. The in-person and app support provided valuable guidance.

As a bonus, I connected with inspirational fellow clients, leaving me feeling ready for the next phase my wellness journey."
